Project duration: 1. 02. 2026–31. 07. 2027

ResilienCE aims to upskill social economy entrepreneurship in Central European (CE) peripheral areas, making it key driver of change. The project seeks to place social enterprises at the core of economic regeneration, enabling them to deliver innovative solutions and models addressing the green and digital transition – twin transition. By strengthening local networks and fostering transnational collaboration, ResilienCE aims to untap the potential of the social economy as a catalyst for sustainable and inclusive and smart growth – for job creation, social innovation, and addressing societal needs on a broader scale, as well as fostering systemic change in traditional forms of the economy.

The project aims to address common challenges faced by five CE peripheral regions in Slovenia, Italy, Hungary, Slovakia and Poland: unemployment, climate vulnerability, brain drain, depopulation, social service scarcity and economic marginality.

Project partners: Informest (Italy, lead partner), Slovak business agency (Slovakia), Hungarian Economic Development Agency (Hungary) , NGO Support Center (Poland), Center Noordung.

Project budget: 668.500,00 EUR.
ERDF co-funding (80 %): 534.800,00 EUR
Center Noordung total budget: 127.500,00 EUR
